Job Profiling identifies the skills/competencies an individual needs to execute the organisation’s business objectives. Our basic job profiling method starts with gathering Job Role data presently existing within the organisation.

This may be a combination of existing job descriptions and grids, interviews and validation forms/questionnaires or anything else that will be applicable for the purpose. We conduct this exercise for the purpose of selection, skills audit, job grading, restructuring just to mention a few.
